  Healty Lunch  Healthy Kid's Choose School Lunch!!!

School lunches are nutritious and are required to meet national nutrition standards by state an federal law. Studies show that students that choose school lunch are more likely to be at a healthy weight. When children eat at school they are more likely to consume milk, meats, grains and veggies. Cost wise school lunch is very economical. A typical school lunch consist of a meat, two servings of fruits and vegetables, a grain/bread item and milk. Over the course of the week school lunches provide 1/3 of the daily recommended values of protein, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, iron, calcium and calories.
REMINDER: All extra juices and/or milks are $.35 each!!
